What is kept, what is sent, and when.

Everything typed on a plan - the cover set, the age band, the exact details given when you make it yours, the policy’s own lines - stays in this browser until the booking is sent. Closing the page keeps it; clearing the browser removes it.

At the booking

When a plan is booked, its details - the plan, the cover, the premium, the name, date of birth and PIN code given for the policy, and how the plan was reached - go to ( onn )’s inbox, and from there to the insurer that issues the policy. Nowhere else.

Contact details

An email address and a phone number are asked after the booking, for issuance only: the insurer’s papers and the payment link go there. No step before the booking asks for a phone number, and ( onn ) makes no calls.

A plan sent for review

A plan shared for review travels as a link that carries the plan’s figures and nothing personal - no name, no age, no contact. Smoking status stays off the shared plan.
